We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at our premier location in Rogier, Brussels. As the heart of our retail operations in this bustling district, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience while driving commercial success.

Your Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Customer Excellence: Ensure every visitor receives personalized service and expert footwear advice.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable store standards and execute seasonal displays to brand guidelines.
Operational Management: Handle inventory, stock orders, and administrative tasks including payroll and scheduling.
Your Profile
Language Skills: You must be fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
Leadership Style: A hands-on leader who leads by example on the sales floor.
Organization: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment in a busy urban hub like Rogier.
