Sales Representative – Artisan Bakery (Anderlecht)

Are you passionate about the smell of fresh bread and providing top-tier service? Our popular bakery in Anderlecht is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our friendly team. This is a high-energy role where you become the face of our neighborhood shop!

The Offer

• Contract: Weekly contracts for the first 6 months (probationary/integration period), with a view toward long-term stability.

• Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour work week (includes early shifts and weekend rotations).

• Starting Salary: From €1700 gross per month (brute).

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, provide product recommendations, and handle payments efficiently.

• Store Maintenance: Keep the counter and seating area clean, organized, and inviting.

• Product Handling: Arrange fresh bread and pastries attractively, slice bread on request, and monitor stock levels throughout the day.

• Hygiene: Strictly follow HACCP food safety standards and maintain a pristine workspace.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: You are fluent in French and have a basic knowledge of Dutch to assist our bilingual local clientele.

• Attitude: You are a "morning person" who stays positive under pressure during the morning rush.

• Punctuality: Reliable and able to reach the shop in Anderlecht for early morning shifts.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or catering is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
