Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail (Brussels)

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Styling: Proactively approach customers to offer personalized style advice and size assistance.

• Sales & Service: Drive sales at the fitting rooms and ensure a smooth, friendly checkout process at the till.

• Store Presentation: Help maintain a "picture-perfect" shop floor through constant folding, hanging, and replenishment of new arrivals.

• Stock Management: Assist with deliveries, sensor tagging, and organizing the stockroom for maximum efficiency.

• Brand Ambassador: Embody the brand’s image and values in every interaction.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: You are fluent in French. Because we are in the capital, a basic knowledge of Dutch and English is required to help our local and international shoppers.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail is a plus, but we are primarily looking for a positive attitude and a "can-do" spirit.

• Flexibility: You are available to work on Saturdays (the most exciting day in retail!).

• Team Player: You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and supporting your colleagues during the busy afternoon rushes.
