Sales Advisor – Fashion Retail in Brussels

What We Offer

• Contract: Fixed-term contract of 7 months, with a strong possibility of renewal based on performance.

• Schedule: Flexible work week between 32 and 40 hours.

• Starting Salary: From €1,900 gross per month (brute), adjusted based on final weekly hours.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide a warm welcome and expert styling advice to a diverse international clientele.

• Sales & KPIs: Proactively drive sales by suggesting complementary items and meeting store targets.

• Floor Management: Ensure the shop floor is always "runway ready"—folding, hanging, and replenishing stock.

• Fitting Rooms: Assist customers in the fitting rooms to ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Till Operations: Handle transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: You are fluent in French. Because we are in the heart of Brussels, a basic knowledge of Dutch and English is required to assist our local and tourist visitors.

• Experience: Previous experience in fashion retail is an asset, but we value personality and energy above all.

• Flexibility: You are available to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.

• Team Spirit: You enjoy working in a large, multicultural team and stay positive during peak hours.
