Your Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee the full "floor" during peak hours, ensuring lightning-fast service and food quality.

• Team Management: Recruit, schedule, and motivate a team of 15+ student workers and full-time staff.

• Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash closures, inventory levels, and labor costs to hit profitability targets.

• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP food safety standards and brand cleanliness protocols.

• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve complaints quickly and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: You are bilingual (French/Dutch). This is essential for communicating with our local Brussels team and clientele.

• Experience: Previous experience in fast-food management or high-volume catering is a must.

• Resilience: You stay calm and organized when the queue is out the door.

• Leadership: You lead by example—you aren't afraid to jump behind the counter or help with cleaning when needed.

• Flexibility: Available for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
