Are you a smooth talker with a competitive edge? We are looking for motivated Call Agents to join our young, high-energy team in Brussels. You’ll be representing a leading energy provider, helping customers find the best solutions for their homes while smashing your personal targets.
The Role
Outbound Sales: Proactively calling potential customers to pitch energy contracts and services.
Consultative Selling: Identifying customer needs and explaining the benefits of our green energy solutions.
Result-Oriented: Closing deals and maintaining a high level of daily call activity.
Database Management: Accurately updating customer records in our CRM.
Your Profile
Language Skills: You are fluent in French and have a good basic knowledge of Dutch and English to navigate our multicultural office.
Mindset: You are resilient, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: You can quickly learn new software and sales tools.
Reliability: You are looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing sector.
The Offer
Salary: Starting at €2,200 gross per month.
Contract: Initial temp (interim) period with a strong focus on transitioning to a permanent contract.
