Helpdesk Advisor – Insurance (Antwerp)

Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Advisor to join a leading insurance provider in the heart of Antwerp. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking clarity on their policies and protection.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from policyholders regarding various insurance products (auto, home, health, etc.).

• Information Expert: Explain coverage details, policy conditions, and premium structures in an easy-to-understand way.

• Claim Assistance: Guide customers through the initial steps of filing a claim and direct them to the appropriate specialized departments.

• Data Management: Accurately update customer files and document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.

• Quality Service: Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.

Candidate Profile

• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and/or French is essential. Being bilingual is a major asset in our national service center.

• Communication: You have a clear speaking voice and the ability to simplify complex insurance jargon.

• Mindset: You are customer-centric, patient, and able to multitask in a digital environment.

• Background: A background in insurance, banking, or a previous helpdesk role is preferred but not required—we provide the necessary training!

What We Offer

• Contract: Start with a temporary contract with a strong intention to transition into a permanent contract based on performance.

• Work Schedule: A full-time 40-hour work week.

• Salary: Starting from €2,400 brute per month.
