We are looking for a customer-oriented professional to join the support team of one of Belgium’s most renowned supermarket chains. In this role, you will be the primary voice for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding our wide range of products, store services, and loyalty programs.
Problem Solving: Provide accurate information on product availability, ingredients, and current promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
Issue Resolution: Log and resolve customer complaints or feedback with a focus on high-quality service and satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions within our internal database.
Candidate Profile
Language Skills: Fluency in French and/or Dutch is required. Bilingualism (FR/NL) is a strong advantage given our diverse Brussels clientele.
Communication: You have a professional phone manner and the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
Attitude: You are patient, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or a call center environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
What We Offer
Contract: A permanent contract (CDI) from your very first day.
Work Schedule: A stable 38-hour work week.
Salary: Starting from €2,400 brute per month.
