Your Mission

  • Client Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding bank accounts, credit cards, and digital banking apps.

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex issues while maintaining the bank's high standards of security and privacy.

  • Financial Guidance: Identify customer needs and proactively suggest appropriate banking products or direct them to the right specialist.

  • Crisis Management: Calmly assist customers in stressful situations, such as lost cards or suspected fraudulent activity.

Your Profile

  • Language Skills: You are trilingual. Professional fluency in French, Dutch, and English is mandatory to serve our local and international clients.

  • Stress Resistance: You can stay focused and polite even during high-call volumes or when dealing with difficult technical issues.

  • Tech-Savvy: You learn new software quickly and are comfortable explaining digital tools to customers.

  • Communication: You have a "smile in your voice" and the ability to explain complex banking terms in simple language.
